Tequila & Salt - Read This Everyday!

1. There are at least 2 people in this world that you would die for.

3. The only reason anyone would ever hate you is because they want to be just like you.

4. A smile from you can bring happiness to anyone, even if they don't like you.

5. Every night, SOMEONE thinks about you before they go to sleep.

8. Someone that you don't even know exists loves you.

9. When you make the biggest mistake ever, something good comes from it.

10. When you think the world has turned its back on you, take another look.

11. Always remember the compliments you received. Forget about the rude remarks.

And always remember...when life hands you Lemons, ask for tequila & salt & call me over!

Good friends are like stars. You don't always see them, but you know they are always there.

Tell Me This Won't Happen to Us!

An elderly Floridian called 911 on her cell phone to report that her car has been broken into. She is hysterical as she explains her situation to the dispatcher: "They've stolen the stereo, the steering wheel, the brake pedal and even the accelerator!" she cried. The dispatcher said, "Stay calm. An officer is on the way." A few minutes later, the officer radios in. "Disregard." He says. "She got in the back-seat by mistake." 

 

Two elderly women were out driving in a large car - both could barely see over the dashboard. As they were cruising along, they came to an intersection. The stoplight was red, but they just went on through. The woman in the passenger seat thought to herself "I must be losing  it. I could have sworn we just went through a red light." After a few more minutes, they came to another intersection and the light was red 
again. Again, they went right through. The woman in the passenger seat was almost sure that the light had been red but was really concerned that she was losing it. She was getting nervous. At the next 
intersection, sure enough, the light was red and they went on through. So, she turned to the other woman and said, "Mildred, did you know that we  just ran through three red lights in a row? You could have killed us 
both!" Mildred turned to her and said, "Oh, shoot, am I driving?"

You are not your mistakes, you are your possibilities.

 

Every single thing that happens to you

in your life is there to teach you

something about yourself

- there is nothing happening

out of order because you are

creating the order.

There are many small signs

we choose not to see that lead up

to something bigger -

God and life whisper to us

every day in many ways but

we choose not to listen or pay attention

and that is why we learn the hard way

through crisis or tragedy.
